Overview
SigParser identifies and enriches contact data from your connected mailboxes, then pushes those contacts to your preferred contact app. You can choose between automated syncing or manual exporting, depending on your workflow.
Two Ways to Update Your Contacts
1. Auto Sync (Subscription Required)
Automatically adds or updates contacts in Google or Outlook based on configurable rules.
Set rules to control which contacts qualify for syncing (e.g., only contacts with phone numbers or recent interactions).
Keep your contact apps up to date with automatic exports from SigParser.
Manage field mapping and data flow direction directly in your SigParser account.
2. Manual Export (One-Time History Scan Purchase)
Manually push contacts from SigParser to your contact app at any time.
Select any number of contacts to export.
Useful for one-time migrations or bulk updates.
No ongoing sync or subscription required.
Both options require connecting a Google (Gmail or Workspace) or Microsoft 365 (Outlook) mailbox to SigParser.
