🕰️ One-Time History Scans

Unlock up to 10 years of email and calendar data to uncover contact, company, and relationship insights. The scan also lets you export data—including contacts and company details—in CSV format, making it ideal for one-time projects. You’ll also be able to manually export an unlimited number of Contact records to Google Contacts, Outlook Contacts, or your connected CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics).

  • 1 Year Scan: $99

  • 2 Year Scan: $149

  • 5 Year Scan: $199

  • 10 Year Scan: $249

Each scan is a one-time charge per mailbox and does not include ongoing scanning. One-time scan accounts may be subject to deletion after one year if no additional purchases are made.


🔁 Subscriptions

Keep your data up-to-date with daily mailbox scanning. At setup, the subscription also performs a one-time scan of 90 days of historical emails to kickstart your data updates.

  • Billed monthly or annually

  • Scans new emails and meetings every 8 hours to add and update data to your SigParser database

  • Great for keeping contact data fresh without manual effort- Includes automatic contact synchronization with platforms like Outlook or Google Contacts, ensuring seamless data updates across your tools.

History Scans must be purchased separately per mailbox. Additional mailboxes can be added to any plan for an extra fee per mailbox.

  • One-Time History Scans – Recover up to 10 years of data from your mailbox. Great for building or cleaning up a CRM or contact list.

  • Subscriptions – Enable daily scanning to keep contact and relationship data current, without relying on manual entry.

  • Both – Start with a History Scan to capture everything from the past, then activate a Subscription to stay updated going forward.

🛒 Purchasing Scans and Subscriptions

To purchase a History Scan:

  1. From the Dashboard, select Scan Old Emails.

  2. Choose the mailbox you'd like to scan and select the desired history depth.

To purchase a Subscription:

  1. From the Dashboard, select Scan New Emails.

  2. You will be redirected to Stripe to securely select your subscription option and complete the payment.


🔄 Managing Your Subscription

  • Payments and subscriptions are securely managed through Stripe.

  • You can cancel or adjust your subscription at any time.

  • To manage your subscription:

    • Log into your SigParser account.

    • Go to Settings > Billing.

    • Select the option you'd like to view or manage

You must be an account Administrator or have Billing Permissions enabled to access billing settings.
