Add Scan Rules

In your SigParser account:

  • Go to Settings > Admin Settings > Advanced Settings

  • Scroll down and select Add Scan Rules

  • Select a Match Type (email domain or email address)

  • Enter the corresponding email domain (hr@company.com) or email address (personalcontact@email.com).

  • This will prevent SigParser from scanning any matching domains or email addresses and will delete any existing associated data from your account.

  • Repeat as-needed for additional contacts or companies you do not wish to have populated in SigParser.

Marking Contacts as Private

You can also mark Contact or Company records as "Private," which will hide them from view unless the user has the appropriate Role & Permissions.

In your SigParser account:

  • Select the checkmark next to a Contact or Company record

  • Select Private.

For multiple records:

  • Select multiple Contact or Company Records

  • Select Update

  • Select Update Status Values

  • Select Private

Information from Outlook Contacts or Gmail Contacts can only be imported to SigParser via CSV import. If an Outlook or Gmail Contact is included in email or calendar correspondence, that information will be included in a scan.
