Creating Marketing Lists with SigParser
Updated over 7 months ago

You can use SigParser to collect and classify your professional relationships. You can export filtered lists from SigParser and import these lists into email marketing campaign platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.

Collect & Classify

SigParser can automatically collect, cleanse, and classify your data and compile robust relationship profiles for your Contacts, Companies, and Coworkers.

During this process, SigParser will automatically validate email addresses and label contacts that appear to be spam as "Ignore."

Identify Segments

Once you have imported your data into SigParser, you can use filtering to identify segments based on your marketing criteria. Below, you will see how to filter based on Location. You can also filter by Job Title, Industry, Interactions, and more.

  • Use the Column Picker to add location fields to the Grid view.

  • Use the Search feature to find records based on specific locations. You can also use the Filter feature to apply location filter parameters.

  • Use Tags to identify records that you may want to include in your marketing list

Export

  • Export your records at any time. You can export your records with the applied filters and tags.

Import

  • Import your CSV list into Email Marketing Platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.

Domain Filtering

To exclude Public Domains (such as Gmail, yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) from your filtered view, apply the Filter shown below.
