Overview
The All Relationships Grid (Beta) provides a centralized, filterable view of relationship data across your organization.
Instead of exporting data from individual Contact, Company, or Coworker profiles, the All Relationships Grid allows you to:
View all coworker relationships in a single grid
Analyze engagement metrics (emails and meetings)
Filter and segment relationship data
Export relationship records in bulk
This makes it possible to analyze engagement at either the individual contact level or at the broader company level.
The Relationship Grid (Beta) is available for customers on Team, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans.

What Is a Relationship Record?
Select Relationships from the top menu to access the Relationships Grid.
Note: to view the All Relationships page, users must have the Can View All Relationships permission enabled for their Role. See Add Users & Manage Permissions.
Each row in the Grid represents:
One Coworker ↔ One Contact
If three coworkers have interacted with the same contact, the Grid will display three separate rows — one for each coworker.
The engagement metrics in that row reflect the activity between that specific coworker and that specific contact.
Coworker Fields
Coworker Fields are indicated with blue icons. A Blue icon means the associated fields display data between a specific Coworker and that Contact.
e.g. Toby has sent 1 email to Melony
Common Use Cases
The Relationship Grid makes it easy to answer common “who knows who” questions and gives you greater control over filtering and segmentation.
You can use the Grid to:
See who in your organization knows a specific person
See who your firm knows at a particular company
Export all relationships for a specific coworker or coworker segments
Identify the strongest introduction path
Analyze overall engagement with an account
Create segmented lists based on engagement, job level, or activity
With advanced filtering and CSV exports, you can build better, more comprehensive relationship and contact reports — all from one place.
