- **Other**: Contact is categorized as some other type of contact.
- **Approved**: Contact is categorized as approved by a user for some reason.

**How is this calculated?**

SigParser has developed a ranking algorithm to determine the strongest relationship between two people. The algorithm takes into account the following factors:
- Ratio of emails
- Number of meetings
- Recency of interactions

Coworkers with an Ignored employment status are not included.

- **Unsure**: Email uses a catch-all domain configuration where all addresses are accepted but may not be monitored
- **Missing**: Email validation data is outdated or not available

This status is automatically calculated based on email interactions, bounce history, and validation results.

If you want the number of emails directly sent by this Contact use **Direct Inbound Emails** field instead.

Count of Interactions between Coworkers and a Contact. This is the sum of inbound emails, outbound emails and meetings the contact was on. Be aware that this counts any email a contact was on as inbound or outbound even if they weren't the direct sender of the email. Use Direct Inbound Emails and Direct Outbound Emails to get an exact count of emails sent directly to or from a contact.
