To lock a view
Select the view from the dropdown menu
Click Settings
Select “Lock view to block user updates”
Select Save
Users with the “Can Manage Views” permission can unlock or manage locked views
Users without this permission cannot edit or unlock locked views, but they can Copy a locked view and edit.
This helps teams preserve shared filters, columns, and configurations across users.
