When using the On-Premise Engine (OPE), SigParser processes mailboxes in concurrent batches.
How It Works
If you add 100 mailboxes and scan 2 years of history, the OPE processes them in groups.
It completes one batch before moving on to the next.
If you add another 100 mailboxes, they won’t begin scanning until the first 100 are finished.
This means you may not see newly added mailboxes appear right away—they’re simply waiting their turn in the processing queue.
Daily Scans vs. History Scans
History Scans: Processing large volumes of past emails and meetings can take significant time, depending on mailbox count and history length.
Daily Scans: Once history processing is complete, the system switches to scanning only new data (the “deltas”), which is much faster.
💡 Tip: If you need to prioritize certain mailboxes, consider adjusting your batch setup or increasing your server processing for faster results.
