SigParser securely connects to your mailbox and scans the most recent 90 days of email and calendar activity for up to 3 mailboxes.
This scan extracts contact and company details, meeting history, and relationship signals—giving you a real-world preview of the value we can deliver.
👥 Automatic Contact & Company Enrichment
As part of the trial, SigParser automatically builds detailed contact and company profiles using information pulled from email signatures and meeting invites.
You’ll see email addresses*, names, job titles, phone numbers, company info, and more—all without any manual data entry.
Note: During Free Trial mode, full email addresses are partially hidden (e.g., s********@domain.com), and CSV export is disabled. Once a purchase is made—either a History Scan (for data beyond 90 days) or a subscription (for ongoing daily scanning)—full email addresses will be revealed and export functionality will be enabled.

You’ll also have the option to generate an API key to test custom integrations, with a limit of 500 API calls while in trial mode.

Even during your trial, you benefit from the same enterprise-grade security features as paid customers. SigParser is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. You can delete your data at any time.
What Happens After the Trial?
There’s no time limit on your SigParser trial—you’ll stay in Trial Mode until you choose to make a purchase (like a subscription or History Scan).
You can explore the platform, test features, and evaluate how SigParser fits your needs at your own pace.
Note: If no purchase is made, your account and data will be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity.
