Reports all the monitored mailboxes to SigParser at the start of the run and then processes the mailboxes. This will make it easier to see when new mailboxes are added to SigParser. But this does require a restart of the On Premise Engine if it is already processing mailboxes.

In 2024 we introduced a feature called Workflows to a small subset of customers. This ended up being too complicated for most customers. Instead we've created a new feature called "Field Rules" which are easier to configure. Field rules can be configured with a basic set of if statements to set the value in a field based on any field on a Contact or Company.
