SigParser generates robust relationship data by scanning your mailbox & calendar platforms.
This data is broken down into 3 primary categories: Contacts, Companies, and Coworkers.
Contacts include Contact Profiles on individuals you and coworkers have interacted with.
Companies include Company Profiles on companies you and coworkers have interacted with.
Coworkers include individuals who you work with, and wouldn’t identify as an external contact, but wish to capture relevant relationship data from.
Contacts
The Dashboard will display your total Contacts (excluding Contacts that may be spam and are automatically labeled as Ignore).
The Contacts page will show you Contact Profiles for all of the individuals you and your coworkers have interacted with. Interactions are measured by:
Emails - inbound, outbound, and CC'd.
Meetings - scheduled.
Contact Profiles include detailed information such as job titles, company name, strongest relationships.
The Contacts count at the top of the page will display the number of Contacts based on what View or Filter is applied on the Contacts Grid.
SigParser will automatically label Contacts that appear to be spam as “Ignore.” These Contacts can be revealed using the Views Drop-down menu.
Adjusting Contacts Views
Use the Views Drop-down menu to sort your Contact Grid based on pre-set options, or create new Views.
To view all Contact Profiles, even those labeled as Ignore, select the All Records and Columns view from the drop-down menu.
Use the Column Picker () to add or remove columns from the Contacts Grid. You can easily adjust the column positioning using drag-and-drop.
Companies
The Dashboard will display your total Companies (excluding Companies that may be spam and are automatically labeled as Ignore).
The Companies page will show you Company Profiles for all of the Companies you and your coworkers have interacted with.
These Company Profiles include detailed information such as industry type, location, and employee count.
The Companies count at the top of the page will display the number of Companies based on what View or Filter is applied on the Companies Grid.
SigParser will automatically label Companies that appear to be spam as “Ignore.” These Companies can be revealed using the Views Drop-down menu.

Use the Views Drop-down menu to sort your Companies Grid based on pre-set options, or create new Views.
To view all Company Profiles, even those labeled as Ignore, select the All Records and Columns view from the drop-down menu.
Use the Column Picker () to add or remove columns from the Companies Grid. You can easily adjust the column positioning using drag-and-drop.
Coworkers
SigParser will automatically mark individuals as Coworkers based on their email domain. This will include their interactions in your relationship data, and will not label them as an external Contact.
The Coworkers page will show you Coworker Profiles for all individuals labeled as Coworkers.
The Coworkers count at the top of the page will display the number of Coworkers based on what View or Filter is applied on the Coworkers Grid.
To label individuals as Coworkers, go to Contacts > Search > enter the name or email address of your coworker in the corresponding search box. Select the Checkmark icon
next to their name > then select Coworker.
To label multiple Contacts as Coworkers, select the Checkbox next to their names > select Update > Update Status Value > Coworker.
Note: Currently, the Coworker label cannot be removed. If a Contact is labeled as Coworker in error, you can mark them as Ignore.

Contact Statuses
Contact Status
Status value of the Contact record. Possible values include:
Valid: Contact email address and details are most likely valid.
Ignore: Contact email address is most likely related to an automated system or a spammer.
Coworker: Contact email address is related to your Company.
Private: Contact is marked as private by a user to be hidden from most users.
Other: Contact is categorized as some other type of contact.
