Create a user in Dynamics
You need to create a user in Dynamics that will have enough permissions on Account and Contact.
Verify base User role can Create/Read
This is very important. If Account and Contact ownership is being automatically assigned you need to check this. You should verify the base role for users has permission to Create/Read/Write for Core Records and Account and Contact.
Setting up your connection
In SigParser, go to More ➔Connectors and add the connector for Microsoft Dynamics.
You will need the base URL for your Dynamics instance like
https://mycompany.crm.dynamics.com
