I Invited a User but they Can't Join the Team.

When you invite a user to join your SigParser account, they should receive an email invitation. When they create an account, they should be prompted to join your team automatically.

The user didn't get the email invitation

  • That's ok. Have them go to SigParser and sign up for a free account using the email address they were invited with.

  • They should be automatically prompted to join your team.


Is the email address spelled correctly?

  • If the email address is incorrect, resend the invitation to the correct email.


Did the user accidentally create a separate account?

  • If the user created an account but can't see any of your team's data, they may have accidentally created a separate account. Users can only be a member of one SigParser team at a time.

  • Please have them delete their SigParser account and then signup again.

  • Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.

  • They should be automatically prompted to join the team account when they try again.
