➕ Adding More Mailboxes
If you’d like to scan more mailboxes (for example, if you're managing multiple inboxes), you can add them in just a few clicks:
Navigate to the Mailboxes page.
Click the + Add button.
Choose Connect my mailbox.
Select the provider (Google, Microsoft 365, Outlook, or IMAP).
Follow the connection prompts to grant access.
🔄 Reconnecting a Mailbox
Mailboxes can become disconnected for a few common reasons:
Your Google or Microsoft 365 password was updated
SigParser hasn’t accessed your mailbox in more than 90 days
We will send you 5 emails over 2 weeks letting you know you need to reconnect.
To reconnect your mailbox:
Log in to your SigParser account.
Click Mailboxes in the top navigation bar.
Find your disconnected mailbox in the list and click its name.
If it doesn’t appear, change the filter from Active Mailboxes to All Records & Columns.
Click the Reconnect button.
Sign in using your email credentials to reauthorize access.
For subscription customers or those who purchased a History Scan that was interrupted due to a disconnected mailbox - once reconnected, scanning will automatically resume within a few minutes and pick up where it left off.
📴 Disabling a Mailbox
To temporarily stop scanning a mailbox:
Go to the Mailboxes page.
Click into the mailbox you'd like to disable.
Select Disable Mailbox from the options at the top of the page.
This will pause scanning and stop new data from being pulled, without deleting any existing records.

🗑️ Deleting Mailboxes
At this time, users cannot permanently delete a mailbox from their SigParser account. If you no longer wish to scan a mailbox, you can disable it instead. This will pause scanning and exclude it from your subscription usage without deleting any existing records.

👥 Invite Others to Join Your Team & Connect Their Mailbox
If you're working with a small team and want to centralize contact data, you can invite additional users to join your SigParser account and connect their own mailboxes.
How to Invite a User:
Log in to your SigParser account
Go to Mailboxes in the top navigation
Click + Add
Select Invite People to Connect
Enter the email addresses of the people you'd like to invite. Make sure the email address is spelled correctly.
Click Send Invites
They’ll receive an email with a link to join your team’s SigParser account and will be prompted to securely connect their mailbox.
🔓 Important: Users added to a shared SigParser account will have access to contact and relationship data visible in that account.
