Export Contacts

Updated this week

SigParser offers various ways to export contacts.

  1. CSV files

  2. One time export to CRM or Mail Contacts

CSV Files

To export contacts via a CSV file go to the Contacts screen, click Export, choose Download to CSV File and wait for the file to be generated. Download the file when complete.

You can also select rows and only those rows will be exported.

One Time Export to CRM or Mail Contacts

Select some contacts from the Contacts grid, click Export, choose Export to Connector and then select the connector. This will start a job to push the contacts over to that system. It can take a few minutes if you selected many contacts. SigParser will avoid creating duplicates.

CRM and Contact Sync is only available with a Professional or Enterprise subscription.
