Job Enrichment automatically adds professional information to your Contacts using trusted third-party data.
It helps you answer questions like:
Where does this person work today?
Have they changed companies?
What roles have they held previously?
What's their LinkedIn profile?
What information is added?
For each Contact, Job Enrichment can add:
Name
LinkedIn profile
Location
Current job title and company
Employment history
Each previous employer is added as a Company record and linked to the Contact. If the Company already exists in SigParser, it will be linked instead of creating a duplicate.
Note: Job Enrichment respects your Source Scores. If a higher-priority source (such as your CRM) already provides a value, it will not be overwritten.
Before You Begin
Job Enrichment requires enrichment credits.
Cost: 10 credits per Contact
View your available credits under Settings → Admin Settings → Enrichment
Purchase additional credits using Add Credits
If you don't see Job Enrichment, contact SigParser Support to enable it.
Enrich Contacts Manually
Open the Contacts page.
Select one or more Contacts.
Click Enrich.
Choose Job Enrichment.
Review the estimated credit cost.
Click Enrich Records Now.
The enrichment runs in the background, and results appear as they are completed.
Tip: Try enriching a small group first to see the results before processing a large list.
Understanding Statuses
Each enrichment receives a status.
Status | Meaning |
Auto Approved | High-confidence match. Data has already been applied. |
Needs Review | A possible match was found and requires your approval. |
Not Found | No matching person was found. |
User Approved | You approved the match. |
User Rejected | You rejected the match. |
Only Auto Approved and User Approved results update your Contacts.
Review Results
Go to: Settings → Admin Settings → Job Enrichment Records
From here you can:
Review enrichment results
Approve or reject matches
View employment history
See why a match received its score
You can also approve or reject multiple records at once.
If No Match Is Found
If a Contact is marked Not Found, you can improve the match by providing their LinkedIn profile.
Search for the person's LinkedIn profile.
Copy the profile URL.
Paste it into the enrichment record.
Click Enrich Again.
Using a LinkedIn URL usually results in a much more accurate match.
Detect Job Changes
When Job Enrichment detects that a Contact has changed employers, SigParser flags the Contact.
Add the Latest Job Enrichment Company Changed column to your Contacts grid to quickly identify people who have moved to new organizations.
Helpful Contact Columns
You can add these columns to the Contacts grid:
Latest Job Enrichment Status
Latest Job Enrichment Attempt
Latest Job Enrichment Update
Latest Job Enrichment Company Changed
These fields can be filtered, sorted, and exported.
Credits
Job Enrichment costs 10 credits per Contact.
Provider errors do not consume credits.
A completed lookup (even if no match is found) does consume credits.
Retrying with a LinkedIn URL uses another lookup.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will Job Enrichment overwrite my CRM data?
No. Source Scores determine which data source has priority. Existing higher-priority data is preserved.
Will it create duplicate Companies?
No. SigParser attempts to match Companies before creating new records.
How often should I enrich Contacts?
For important Contacts, we recommend running Job Enrichment every 3–6 months to keep employment information current.
