We've introduced three enhancements to Grid Views that make them faster to find, faster to switch between, and easier to share across your team:
Favorite Views — pin the views you use most
Recent Views — instantly jump back to the views you've opened lately
Shareable View Links — send a direct link to any view with one click
Favorite Views
Star any view to mark it as a favorite. A star icon will appear next to the name of a favorited view.
Favorited views are pinned to the top of the Views menu. Select the Views drop-down and expand the Favorites section to see all your favorited views.
How to Favorite a View
Open any grid (Contacts, Companies, Coworkers, or All Relationships)
Select a View
Select the three-dot icon to open the View menu options
Select Favorite
To remove a view from your favorites, select the three-dot menu again and click Favorite to toggle it off.
Favorites are tied to your user account, so each person on your team can curate their own list.
Share Views
Every saved view has a shareable URL. Copy the link and drop it in Slack, Teams, or an email — anyone on your team with the appropriate permissions can open it with the exact filters, sorts, and columns you configured.
How to Share a View
Open the view you want to share
Select the three-dot icon to open the View menu options
Select Copy Link
Paste the link anywhere — Slack, Teams, email, a meeting agenda
Permissions & Visibility
A recipient must have an active SigParser account with the appropriate permissions to open a shared view link. The view must also be set to visible to all users.
To update a view's visibility, open the view, click Settings in the toolbar, and enable Make view visible to all users.
Recent Views
SigParser now automatically tracks the views you've opened recently and surfaces them in the Views menu.
