Example Use Case

Create an Executives Email Validation group to automatically validate email addresses for contacts with a Job Level of C-Level. Configure the group to run on a recurring schedule (e.g., every 90 days) so your executive contact data stays accurate over time without manual effort.

Sort & Filter Enhancements

Multi-Column Sorting

Sort your grids by multiple columns at once. For example, sort contacts by latest interaction in alphabetical order.

To use, select Sort from any Grid View.

Improved Filter & Sort Indicators

New visual indicators make it easy to see which columns are actively filtered or sorted at a glance.

Grey icons represent filters or sorts saved to the current view. Blue icons indicate temporary filters or sorts applied in the grid.

Map Search Enhancements

Filter contacts and companies by geographic radius with an improved map experience. Easily search by location or define a custom radius (e.g., within 15 miles of Los Angeles) with enhanced map detail and smoother performance.

Simply begin filtering on the Location field to open the Map Filter and refine your results

Bulk Field Updating — Performance & Visibility Improvements

Bulk updates are now significantly faster and easier to monitor.

  • Bulk updates that previously took minutes now complete in seconds

  • Update company fields directly from the Contacts grid

  • Real-time progress & historical bulk update tracking available via:

iPaaS API Enhancements

Our public API continues to get more powerful for developers and integration partners.

  • Sort Results with $orderby — Use OData $orderby syntax to sort contact and company search results by any field, in ascending or descending order.

  • Advanced Filter Grouping — Build sophisticated queries using AND/OR logic with parenthetical grouping. Combine multiple filter conditions exactly the way you need them.

  • Authorization Header Support — Authenticate using a standard Authorization header for easier integration with MCP clients and AI tools.

Improved Contact Merging

Merging contacts is now more complete.

  • Multi-select custom field values are now combined across merged records

  • Custom Fields now appear in Field History
    All field changes are tracked on merged records for better visibility

  • Clear Primary Record Logic
    The selected primary record determines the final field values (excluding multi-select fields, which are combined). If a field is blank on the primary record, the blank value will be retained

  • Editable Field History
    Select any field to view its history and manually update values as needed
