Overview
The Relationship Grid is especially useful for answering common internal relationship questions quickly — without needing to open individual Contact, Company, or Coworker profiles.
Because the Grid allows filtering and CSV export, users can perform more segmented and targeted searches for reporting, planning, and outreach.
The Relationship Grid (Beta) is available for customers on Team, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans.

1️⃣ Export All Relationships for a Specific Coworker
Use case:
“I need a full list of all external relationships for Michael Scott.”
How to do this:
Apply a Coworker filter for the specific user.
(Optional) Apply additional filters such as:
Date range
Minimum email interactions
Job Level
Click Export to download the filtered results as a CSV file.
2️⃣ See Who We Know at a Specific Company
Use case:
“Who do we know at XYZ Company?”
How to do this:
Apply a Company filter for the target organization.
Review all coworker–contact relationship records associated with that company.
Sort by:
Email activity
Meetings
Most recent interaction
This allows you to:
Identify the strongest introduction path
See overlapping internal relationships
3️⃣ Check if Anyone Knows a Specific Person
Use case:
“Do we know Melony Messom at XYZ Company?”
How to do this:
Apply a Contact filter or search using the individual’s name.
(Optional) Add a Company filter if needed.
Review the list of coworkers who have interacted with that person.
4️⃣ Identify Shared Relationships
Use case:
“Which contacts are engaged by multiple coworkers?”
How to do this:
Filter by company or coworker segment.
Review overlapping coworker–contact records.
Export results to analyze cross-team engagement.
This supports:
Cross-selling initiatives
Practice group collaboration
Internal coordination
5️⃣ Segment by Job Level or Department
Because the Relationship Grid supports filtering by Job Level and Job Department, you can answer more targeted questions such as:
“Which C-Level contacts has our team engaged with in the past 90 days?”
“Which Finance contacts does Sarah have relationships with?”
“Export all Director-level contacts with 5+ meetings.”
After applying filters, export results as a CSV file for:
Campaign targeting
Event invitations
Executive reporting
