There are situations where you may need to merged hundreds or thousands of email addresses together. For example, your company may have rebranded with a new domain name and now everyone's old email addresses need to be associated with their new email addresses.
You should craft a spreadsheet with the following columns:
New Email - The email address you want to use as the new primary email address for Contacts/Coworkers
Old Email - The old email address that should be merged into the new email address.
Fill in the sheet. You can have thousands of Contacts or Coworkers.
In SigParser go to either the Coworker or Contact grids and click Import and import a file.
When doing the mapping of the fields you map them like so:
New Email -> Merge into Email Address
Old Email -> Email Address
If you get the mapping backwards the primary email address probably won't be right but you can always just reverse the mapping and upload the file again.
