Overview

  • iPaaS Search Enhancements – Added a new contains operator for Contacts and Companies search APIs to support flexible, case-insensitive matching

  • Relationship Visibility Expansion – Introduced a new All Relationships grid and expanded Relationship grids across Contact, Company, and Coworker modals

  • Custom Field Management – Enabled renaming of Custom Field friendly names for improved clarity and consistency

  • Company Enrichment – Added Company record enrichment using the CoreSignal API

  • AI Data Enhancement – Introduced AI-powered Job Department population for Contacts

iPaaS Search Enhancements (Contains Operator)

The iPaaS search APIs for Contacts and Companies now support a new contains operator. This update applies to:

  • /api/v2/contacts/search

  • /api/v2/companies/search

This improves search flexibility and accuracy when querying text-based fields through integrations.

Relationship Visibility Expansion

All Relationships Grid (Beta)

This grid will:

  • Display all Coworker ↔ Contact relationships across the organization

Relationship Grids in Record Modals (Beta)

Relationship grids have been added to the following record modals:

  • Contacts

  • Companies

  • Coworkers

  • Flexibility with searching and filtering Coworker relationships

Custom Field Management: Rename Friendly Names

Custom Fields now support renaming friendly names.

This allows teams to:

  • Update display names without impacting underlying field logic

  • Align field naming with internal terminology

  • Improve clarity across grids, filters, and reports

Company Enrichment via CoreSignal

Company records can now be enriched using the CoreSignal API.

This enhancement will:

  • Populate additional firmographic and company-level data

  • Reduce manual research and data cleanup

  • Improve segmentation and reporting accuracy

AI Data Enhancement: Job Department

This feature requires a SigParser subscription. Contact support@sigparser.com.

Job Department values for Contacts can now be populated using AI.

This feature will:

  • Use an LLM to infer Job Department from available contact data

  • Improve consistency and completeness of department information

  • Reduce manual tagging and cleanup efforts
