Overview

  • Duplicate Groups Update – Now dynamic and rule-based for more flexible deduplication

  • Job Experience Cleanup – Ability to delete outdated contact job entries

  • Mailbox Scan Rules – New option to retain data from excluded domains/emails


Duplicate Groups Rules

Ideal for keeping your contact and company data clean, consistent, and free of clutter. Go to Settings > Admin Settings > Duplicate Groups.

Select +Add to create a new group, or select an existing group and select the pencil icon to edit.

Define which fields (e.g., Full Name, Phone) are used to identify potential duplicates.

Add filters for which records are evaluated (e.g., “Emails To > 0” and “Contact Status = Valid”)


Delete Job Experience Entries

Use this to clean up enrichment results or remove merged job history.

Open a Contact Record > scroll to the All Companies section.

Select the job title > select “Delete” to remove outdated roles.


Mailbox Scan Rules – Retain Excluded Data

💡 Use Cases:

  • Exclude internal HR or recruiting communications

  • Prevent vendor/supplier records from cluttering your dataset

  • Fine-tune which records influence your relationship insights

  • Adhere to GDPR regulations

Go to Settings > Admin Settings > Mailbox Scan Rules > select + to add a new rule.

Choose to Exclude & Forget or Exclude & Purge All.
