Why Aren’t My Interaction Metrics Displaying Correctly?

If your sent email interaction metrics aren’t displaying as expected, it’s likely because your connected mailbox domains haven’t been labeled as internal (i.e., “Coworkers”).

This can occur when the domain used to create your SigParser account differs from the domains of the connected mailboxes.

For example: If you signed up with tom@mycompany.com but your connected mailboxes include tom@tomscompany.com and tom@tsmith.com, you’ll need to label those domains as Coworkers to ensure accurate interaction tracking.

✅ How to Fix It:

  1. Go to the Companies page.

  2. Select the company records that match your internal domains

  3. Apply the label Coworker to those records.

  4. Click the refresh icon at the top of the grid to reprocess the data.

This will ensure your internal emails are correctly excluded from external interaction counts.
