🔍 What’s Included

SigParser automatically enriches company records with the following firmographic fields:

  • Industry – Understand the sector each company operates in

  • Location – View geographic details across office locations

  • Domain Type – Identify whether the domain is commercial, nonprofit, government, or education (.com, .org, .gov, .edu, etc.)

  • LinkedIn URL – Direct link to the company’s LinkedIn profile

  • Website – Quick access to the organization’s homepage

  • Multiple Office Addresses – Automatically consolidates multiple locations under one unified company profile

⚠️ Note: Generally 80% of companies are enriched automatically. Records that cannot be enriched can still be updated manually or via CSV/CRM import.


🧭 Consolidating Company Addresses

When contacts list multiple office locations (e.g., New York, London, Toronto), SigParser can associate all those addresses with a single unified company profile. This ensures you maintain a clean company record while capturing all relevant geographic data.


⚙️ How It Works

  • Automatic Matching
    SigParser uses the contact’s email domain (e.g., @globalcorp.com) to match them to an existing company or create a new one.

  • Multiple Enrichment Sources
    Company records are populated with data from trusted third-party vendors, first party data and proprietary logic—no manual input required.

  • Ongoing Updates
    As new companies are added or data signals are detected, company profiles are automatically refreshed with the latest information.


🔍 Viewing Company Enrichment Fields

To view firmographic data:

  1. Go to the Companies page

  2. Select the Column Picker

  3. Select desired fields such as:

    • Industry

    • Domain Type

    • LinkedIn

    • Website

  4. Click Save to update your grid view


🧩 Combine with Other Features

  • CRM Sync – Push enriched company data directly into Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot

  • Custom Fields – Attach internal data points like client tiers, billing codes, or practice groups to company profiles
