New CRM Sync Configuration User Experience

  • New UI for showing how the sync is configured

  • Define rules for what goes over to the CRM instead

  • All objects have a standard configuration for sync logic instead of different configuration processes for Contacts and Companies and relationship records.

Breaking changes

  • Any previously configured rules relying on the legacy Inbound/Outbound email counts will now use the "Email From" and "Email To" count fields instead. These are slightly different in that they don't include "Indirect" email counts which means they end up with slightly lower values.
